Returns Policy

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of Poshu.

All items for return or exchange must have a valid authorisation number issued by Poshu. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at returns@poshu.co.uk, or alternatively call us on 01254 824925. Once you have received your authorisation number, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation number maybe returned to the sender.

Poshu will exchange or refund items provided they are unworn and in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original designer packaging and labels attached. Shoes and Boots returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Poshu advises all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availabilty. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.

Any refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
