| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you wish to place your order by telephone, please contact us direct in store and we will be pleased to help you. Please call on 01254 824925. When an order is received, an email will be sent to you to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email to confirm payment has been received. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. PAYMENT We accept all credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and Switch credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Poshu we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of goods. |
| Delivery Schedule We offer delivery to a number of different countries as indicated on the order form. We will always endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your order will be delivered once: 1. | Privacy Policy Poshu do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. | Returns Policy All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of Poshu. All items for a return or exchange must have valid authorisation number, issued by Poshu. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at returns@poshu.co.uk, or alternatively call us on 01254 824925. Once you have received your authorisation number, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation number maybe returned to the sender. Poshu will exchange or refund items provided they are unworn and in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original designer packaging and labels attached. Shoes and Boots returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Poshu advises all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availabilty. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Any refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation. |
